May 23 2008 will be the first "Steel City Music Night" at Absinthe in Hamilton Ontario. For the first steel city music night a whole pile of Hamilton bands will be performing Nirvana songs, raising money for Caring Partners International and another charity that I don't know off the top of my head. There will be a whole bunch of information coming out soon.

For those of you that didn’t know… For the last month and a half Gunner and I have been working on a little podcast called Steel City Music Scene over at our website www.steelcitymusic.ca. It’s a weekly show focused on the Hamilton music scene and Music in general, conversations have often lead to music downloads and how technology has affected the music industry.
